About the Course
The course aims to enhance organizational productivity and growth by understanding and applying the fundamental concepts, practices, and tools in creating, sharing and applying knowledge. The intervention highlights how Knowledge Management (KM) dovetails with the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) framework and the ISO 30401:2018.
Objectives
The course aims to: a) position KM in the context of business excellence, productivity and quality initiatives in NHA; b) describe the basic KM concepts and principles; c) link KM to the PQA Performance Excellence Framework, ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 30401:2018 KMS; d) explain methods, tools, and techniques using the APO KM Framework and Implementation Approach; and, e) apply learning in the formulation of a KM Implementation Plan in the respective units of NHA.
