Using Telegram's slow mode in groups is a feature that allows administrators to limit the frequency with which users can send messages. This can be particularly useful for large groups where flooding happens often, such as large community discussions. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to utilize this feature in Telegram.

Firstly, you need to ensure that you have a Telegram account with a group that you want to restrict slow mode for. To start, launch Telegram, locate the group you want to configure slow mode for and tap on the group to open.

Once the group chat loads, press the three vertical dots, which will reveal the group settings. Select this option to proceed.

Inside the group info settings page, you will find several settings. Find the slow mode option first, you'll see the slow mode setting. This option will have a toggle switch next to it. To activate slow mode, enable slow mode by flipping the switch, and it will turn green when activated.

When you toggle the slow mode switch on, you'll see another option appear, which is the slow mode timing setting. This setting can be customized and is used to delay additional messages. If you choose to have the slow mode for a 5-second interval, group members will be restricted to sending messages one after the other, and any additional messages will be sent only after a 5-second delay since the last message. To set your slow mode interval, simply tap on the duration to select it.

When slow mode is enabled, the administrator of the group can't send messages at their usual rate as any other member of the group.

To disable slow mode, simply toggle the switch back to the left, 电报 下载 and it will be inactivated when activated.
