EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Project Malaysia Autism Task (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors after that enlist in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training containing over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they meet once a week with their Senior Supervisor, and have bimonthly otherwise regular monthly Senior Guidance meetings for the kids on their caseload.

Furthermore, WEAP's published study in the American Journal of Mental Retardation (November 2005 concern) followed Dr. Ivar Lovaas' study in 1987 and 1993 whereby 48% of the youngsters who participated in the extensive behavioral therapy were able to capture up and participate efficiently in common institution.

Each child at EAP is appointed a team of therapists who are managed by a Manager on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progress Reviews twice a year. EAP continues to preserve world-class top quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent business WEAP manage our youngsters two times a year.
