EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then sign up in EAP's 6 month Manager training consisting of over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they meet weekly with their Elderly Manager, and have bimonthly if not monthly Elder Guidance meetings for the youngsters on their caseload.
