In the pursuit of increasing efficiency and building a culture of quality, this site was developed for all the Memorandum Circulars issued since 1975 to provide accessible and online assistance in all Memorandum Circulars-related matters.

NHA MC Depot is a brainchild of Research and Policy Development Division of Corporate Planning Department. It was created in November 2019. Initially, NHA MC Depot was tested by limited invited users. It has been live and active since then. All MCs uploaded are categorized by Key Result Area, by Topic, by Program, and by Year covering November 2015 to present. Most of these MCs are available for download.

Older MCs have yet to be digitized and uploaded to the web. Nevertheless, hard copies of MCs approved between 1975 and October 2015 are available upon request.
